<h3>Transparent Escrow & Refund Protection</h3><p>All merchant campaign budgets are held in transparent cryptographic-style database escrow. If a campaign is cancelled or unused slots remain, 100% of the remaining escrow balance is refunded immediately.</p><p>Security deposits are fully refundable upon user request when no conflicting loan commitments exist.</p>
